These terms cover MACX EA for Deriv Synthetic pairs and MACX Retracement EA for normal Forex pairs. Each purchase licenses one selected EA; both use the same package prices, delivery procedure and post-entry screenshot verification.
MACX EA – Semi-Auto Trading Tools ("MACX EA") is trading software for MetaTrader 5. MACX is a brand of Barcode Traders ("we", "us"). MACX EA is delivered as a compiled .ex5 file licensed to one MT5 trading account number and one broker server. Source code is not supplied.
MACX EA is a semi-auto tool. When its programmed conditions are met it may open a qualifying trade automatically. Customers have access to the album of all MACX-triggered entries through Telegram or Discord. You must make a final visual confirmation after each entry and decide whether to keep or close the position. Detailed review instructions are provided after payment.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment processor, which settles in Tanzanian Shillings, so the shilling amount shown at checkout is what your mobile money account is charged. We do not request or store your mobile-money PIN. Paid services are unlocked only after the payment has been verified by our systems.
Mobile money checkout converts the USD price using CRDB Bank's USD buying rate published for the current date in Tanzania. The final TZS amount is rounded up to a whole shilling and displayed before payment. If today's rate is unavailable, checkout is temporarily unavailable. If the charge changes before payment starts, you must refresh checkout and review the new amount.
All MACX EA licence sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, including before the EX5 is published. This does not affect rights under applicable law. See the No-refund Policy.
We provide software and operating guidance. We do not provide personalised investment advice, manage your funds or take custody of your money. Trading involves risk and you can lose money. During an active licence, support covers installation, VPS and MT5 setup, licensing, entry-album access and guidance on the post-entry review process. Assistance is available through the MACX Telegram and Discord customer channels and through WhatsApp live chat (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00 EAT). This support includes lot-size guidance based on your starting capital for Deriv Synthetic pairs and normal Forex pairs through the WhatsApp support contact. The final trading decision and account risk remain yours.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or VPS outages, connectivity problems, or decisions you make using the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence period.
We may suspend or revoke a licence for breach of these terms, including sharing or tampering with the EX5.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
