MACX EA licence purchases are non-refundable once payment is completed. This applies both before and after your customer-specific EX5 is published in the Client Portal.
Confirm your package, MT5 account number, broker and exact server with support before paying. Cancellation, a change of mind, a change of account or server, and trading losses do not qualify for a refund.
MACX EA is a semi-auto tool. It may open a qualifying trade before you review it. You make the final keep-or-close decision, and trading results are not guaranteed.
If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorised or recorded incorrectly, contact support with your order reference so it can be investigated.
This policy does not affect rights you have under applicable law.
